Shipping and Processing

All products are handcrafted with love in small batches to ensure the best quality. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for processing. Processing refers to the time it takes to make the products as they are made to order.

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and typically takes 3-5 business days. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.

Returns

All sales are final unless the error was made on our behalf.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns. If there is an issue with you order, please let us know and we will work with you on a solution.

If an item arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damaged item and we will ship a replacement.
